Starting my new challenge has been very different than not eating out. I have done a little bit of everything, in the exercise department, but I haven't done a lot of anything! I have danced, I have cleaned, I have thrown the ball with the dog, I have washed windows and lots of other stretchy things, but I haven't really sweat, except when I danced. I need a more challenging challenge in the 365 days of movement thing, I need to join a class or something, I dunno, but my pulse is bored. I'm still eating healthy, although my boss did take me out for my first, once a month restaurant experience. We went out for sit down Mexican food, which turned out to be pretty disappointing compared to what I make at home. I think my taste has changed and I think my habits of non-fast food are set, I'm really happy right now and still losing weight!
